Fortune Airlines Rules & Policies

The house rules in plain English — terms, responsible gaming, privacy, cookies and AML / KYC.

18+ only

1. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fortune Airlines website, your account, and every game, bonus and service offered on it. By registering an account or placing a wager you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1.1 Acceptance and the agreement

  • By opening an account, ticking the acceptance box, or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and the specific terms of any bonus you claim.
  • These documents are published by the operator, Fortune Airlines Casino (“we”, “us”, “the operator”), and may be updated from time to time (see clause 1.9).
  • Where a bonus, tournament or promotion has its own rules, those rules apply in addition to these Terms; if they conflict, the specific promotion rules prevail for that promotion.

1.2 Eligibility and age

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for online gambling in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to open an account or play.
  • Online gambling is not lawful everywhere. You are responsible for confirming that it is legal for you to use the site from your location. The service is not offered in certain restricted territories.
  • You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any bonus winnings from them voided.
  • Employees of the operator and its partners, and their close relatives, may be excluded from certain promotions.

1.3 Your account

  • You must register with accurate, current and complete details, and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • We may ask you to verify your identity at any time (see section 5, AML & KYC). Deposits, play or withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

1.4 Deposits and withdrawals

  • Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. Minimum and maximum limits, processing times and available methods are shown in the cashier.
  • Withdrawals are paid to a verified method in your name, subject to identity and source-of-funds checks (section 5). Where required, we may return a withdrawal to the original deposit method.
  • We do not offer credit; your account is not a bank account and balances do not earn interest.
  • Where the law requires it, we may apply any applicable fees or taxes; any such deduction will be disclosed before it is applied.

1.5 Bonuses and wagering

  • Every bonus is optional and carries its own terms, including a wagering requirement, a validity period and game weightings.
  • Unless a specific offer states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the wagering requirement shown with each offer times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per spin or hand is the maximum bet stated in the offer terms, and only the games listed in the offer terms contribute to wagering; some games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
  • Seeking an unfair advantage from a bonus — for example low-risk or “equal-bet” play, or opening multiple accounts — may void the bonus and any winnings from it.
  • Current offers are listed on the Promotions page. Bonus and promo codes are distributed only through our official channels.

1.6 Fair play and prohibited conduct

  • Games are for entertainment, played by a single individual using genuine funds. Collusion, automated tools or bots, exploiting a fault, and any form of fraud are prohibited.
  • Outcomes of slots and RNG table games are determined by a certified random number generator; live-dealer results are determined by the real game in the studio.
  • If a game malfunctions, the affected round and any related payout are void.

1.7 Suspending or closing an account

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance, less pending checks, will be returned to you.
  • We may suspend or close an account, and withhold funds, where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud or money laundering, or where required by law or by a regulator.

1.8 Limitation of liability

  • The site and its games are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your own breach of these Terms.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under the law of the applicable jurisdiction.

1.9 Changes to these Terms

  • We may amend these Terms to reflect changes in the law, in regulation, or in how the service operates. The current version is always published here with its effective date. Material changes will be notified through the site or by email; continued use after a change means you accept it.

1.10 Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the law of the applicable jurisdiction and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
  • If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. If it is not resolved, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body or to the regulator, the relevant gaming authority.

2. Responsible Gaming

Gambling should stay fun. This policy explains the tools we provide to help you keep control, and where to find help if play stops feeling like entertainment.

Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly. 18+

2.1 Play is for adults only

  • Only people aged 18 or over — or the local legal age, if higher — may open an account or play. We verify age at registration and may re-check it at any time.
  • Underage gambling is illegal. See “Protecting minors” (clause 2.7).

2.2 Know the signs

  • Warning signs include spending more time or money than you intended, chasing losses, borrowing to play, or gambling to escape stress. A short self-assessment is available at a self-assessment questionnaire.

2.3 Setting your own limits

  • From your account you can set a deposit limit (daily, weekly or monthly), a loss limit, a wager limit, and a session-time limit.
  • A request to lower a limit takes effect promptly; a request to raise or remove one takes effect only after a cooling-off period of a short cooling-off period.

2.4 Reality checks

  • You can enable a reality-check reminder that interrupts play at a chosen interval to show how long you have been playing and your net position, then lets you continue or stop.

2.5 Time-out

  • A time-out locks your account for a short period — time-out options — during which you cannot deposit or play. Your account reopens automatically at the end.

2.6 Self-exclusion

  • Self-exclusion closes your account to play for a minimum of a minimum period and up to a longer fixed period, or permanently. During self-exclusion we will not knowingly send you marketing, and we take reasonable steps to prevent you opening a new account.
  • Where available in the applicable jurisdiction, you can also register with a national self-exclusion scheme, a national self-exclusion scheme, which covers multiple operators.

2.7 Protecting minors

  • If a minor may reach the device you play on, password-protect the device and consider filtering software such as parental-control tools. Keep your login details away from children.

2.8 Where to get help

  • Free, confidential support is available. National services include GambleAware and your national gambling helpline. You can also contact our team at our support team to set limits or self-exclude.

  • Where data is transferred outside the applicable jurisdiction, we apply appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to keep it protected.

  • We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and to meet legal and regulatory obligations — typically the period required by law after your account closes.

3.7 Security

  • We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring — to protect your data. No system is completely secure, so please protect your own login details too.

3.8 Your rights

  • Subject to the law, you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, and portability, and you can withdraw consent to marketing. 5. AML & KYC

The operator, Fortune Airlines Casino, is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, and complies with the anti-money-laundering law of the applicable jurisdiction and the requirements of its regulator, the relevant gaming authority.

5.1 Our commitment

  • We operate a risk-based anti-money-laundering (AML) programme, overseen by a nominated officer, our Money Laundering Reporting Officer, covering customer due diligence, monitoring, reporting and record-keeping.

5.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Before certain activity — and at thresholds set by law — we verify your identity. You may be asked to provide:

  • Proof of identity — a government-issued photo ID such as a passport or driving licence.
  • Proof of address — a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within a recent utility bill or bank statement.
  • Proof of payment — the card or account used to deposit.

We may re-verify at any time. Play and withdrawals may be paused until checks are complete.

5.3 Source of funds and wealth

  • Where deposits, play or a withdrawal reach a set threshold, or where a risk is identified, we may ask you to evidence the source of your funds or wealth, such as evidence of your source of funds.

5.4 Ongoing monitoring

  • We monitor accounts and transactions for unusual or suspicious patterns throughout the relationship, and may request further information to understand activity.

5.5 Sanctions and PEP screening

  • We screen customers against applicable sanctions lists and for politically exposed person (PEP) status, and apply enhanced checks where required.

5.6 Reporting

  • Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or terrorist financing, we are required to report to the relevant authority, the relevant financial intelligence unit, and may be legally prohibited from telling you (“tipping off”).

5.7 Restrictions

  • We may refuse, delay or reverse a transaction, freeze a balance, or close an account where necessary to meet our AML obligations or a lawful instruction.

5.8 Record-keeping

  • We keep verification and transaction records for the period required by law — typically the period required by law after the account relationship ends.
